COMTRUST PTFE Coated Belts

Made of ptfe resin through molding, sintering, and turning. It has excellent dielectric property, corrosion resistance, aging resistance and non viscosity, good dynamic and static sealing performance, high mechanical strength and wide range of use temperature. Widely used for capacitor insulation, wire and cable insulation, electrical instrument insulation, motor transformer insulation, sealing gaskets, non adhesive tapes, sealing tapes, and demolding, insulation, and friction reducing materials.

F46 thin film has the advantages of the most significant voltage resistance and breakdown voltage. Used for capacitor dielectric, as wire insulation, electrical instrument insulation, and sealing gasket. PTFE turning film is a type of oriented film formed by rolling and orientation with a hot roller using a rolling machine. It has high crystallinity, tightly arranged molecular orientation, and low porosity, resulting in significant improvement of PTFE film, especially in terms of voltage strength.

PTFE film can be produced with a width of 5mm~1000mm and a thickness of 0.05mm~6mm.
